RSS

RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” and is basically a way to distribute the content of this blog so that it can be used elsewhere.
Let’s say you read 10 sites like this one every day. You open your browser every day and run down the favorites-list in your browser, one by one. That’s how we all used to do it, right? Well, perhaps it’s time for you to check out an RSS Reader! Because that’s a web-app/desktop program where all those sites you love would come together by using these RSS feeds. A typical layout of such a reader would have a list of all the sites you love on one side. If you select one of those sites, the other side will show you all the new info it contains. It’s liking having a private newspaper on the web!
